Staff: File an employment standard complaint with the Ministry of Labour. See the Ontario Ministry of Labour’s website. Claim Forms are available online & at Service Ontario Centres.

If you have an issue with your employer about your employment standards, you generally must try to contact your employer about the matter. Issues can often be resolved quickly with this approach. (This is unlikely with The Cellar. Many have tried over several years.)
